　　从产品生产的步开始，大连光扬就严把质量关。大连光扬Z新引进了德国直读光谱仪器、德国高倍显微镜，专门成立了理化实验室，严格控制原材料以及热处理的质量缺陷，用精研滚子取代传统的串光工艺滚子，滚道用超精研取代传统的手动抛光，产品精度由p0升级为P6，使用寿命进一步得到了提升。通用领域的轴承使用寿命可以达到进口轴承的80%以上，更静音、更耐用。

　　Dalian Guangyang Bearing Co., Ltd (ZWA) aims on high-end and refined  products.In year 2015, the quality of ZWA products is improved to a new level.

　　
　　ZWA strictly control the quality from the first step of production. ZWA has adopted the most advanced direct-reading spectrometer and high power microscope from German which consist part of the physical and chemical laboratory. With this advanced lab, ZWA are able to control the quality defects from raw material and heat treatment. Meanwhile, ZWA replace all the polishing rollers with super finish ones. Traditional handy polishing for raceway is also replaced by super finishing. Precision of the old products are leveled to P6 which improves the service life of products and makes the products with less noise and longer duration. In general, the life of  ZWA bearing can reach at least  80% of imported ones.
